A jury convicted appellant Keith Jones of murder, assessed his punishment at ten years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, imposed a $10,000 fine, and recommended community supervision for ten years. Jones appeals the revocation of his community supervision on his pleas of true without an agreed punishment recommendation. We affirm.
